VoCo Singers is the easy, low-cost way for individual singers to stay in the fun, meet local voices, and step into one big Auckland sound.
If you want the rehearsal buzz, learning tracks, Auckland Town Hall experience, and community connection, VoCo Singers is for you. There is no audition, and current member benefits already include the free wheel alignment offer from Solis Panelbeaters, with more VoCo performer-only extras on the way.

This massed item is prepared by leaders who bring international-level vocal performance, conducting, and ensemble experience into a supportive school-friendly setting.
Children's voices for VoCo Singers are prepared by Clare McCormack and Tim Wayne-Wright. Clare leads music at Mairangi Bay School, and Tim also conducts Pinehurst School.
Tim is a former member of the Grammy Award-winning British a cappella ensemble The King's Singers. He toured internationally for 10 years, performed more than 1,500 concerts, and has taught more than 500 masterclasses and workshops around the world.
His work with VoCo gives students direct access to world-class ensemble skills: listening, tuning, blend, musical storytelling, and the confidence to perform with focus on a major stage.

Brian is the founder of VoCo, founder and musical director of Stellar Singers, and founder/conductor of the internationally award-winning Pride of Auckland Chorus. He has been conducting since 2001, coached singers across 30+ schools throughout New Zealand, and created the subconscious memory singing technique used in this programme. Outside music, he has directed internationally recognised companies, led world-first projects, and won multiple gold medals as a singer.

Clare McCormack is the music director at Mairangi Bay School, where she leads school choir, classroom music, marimba, ukulele, and community music-making for young singers.

For now, the soprano line was recorded by a Year 7 singer from Northcross Intermediate School. Fiona Li's voice recording is coming in mid-June.
BTS released this upbeat English-language song in 2021. For VoCo Singers it gives the massed choir a bright, high-energy item about joy, connection, movement, and the confidence to perform together.
